Provide peer support and mentorship to Nigerian Medical Laboratory Scientists studying or working outside Nigeria and to maintain networking with colleagues at home.
NMLSD is composed of individuals who trained in Nigeria and were certified as Medical Laboratory Scientists, but are currently studying, practicing or working in various capacities abroad. While some are practicing scientists, others have moved into other career areas such as research, teaching, consultancy or the industry.
We offer a range of professional support to our members and colleagues in Nigeria. These support include information sharing, document reviews, advising on career matters, etc.
